Mr. Daljit Singh Gujral, Managing Directorr
Mr. Daljit Singh Gujral did his Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA) form XLRI - India's leading business school. He has attended many executive education programs including a two weeks program on European Healthcare Leadership at INSEAD, Paris & a three weeks workshop on Risk Assessment for New Businesses at AOTS, Yokohama, Japan.
Mr. Gujral has more than twenty years' of experience in various enterprises and has successfully promoted and managed a number of new start-ups including a medical specialty imaging centre (the first of its kind in the entire North India), a multi-specialty Hospital in Chandigarh - the first corporate hospital of the city and now INSCOL Academy. His approach to any new business opportunity is a blend of visionary and innovative application to an established need.
Dr K.K Gombar, Medical Director
Dr K.K Gombar did his MBBS from Delhi University and post-graduation from PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Dr. Gombar has professional experience of more than 26 years in various medical institutions of the country, including eleven years as Professor and Head of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at GMCH, Chandigarh. He has been a visiting professor at University Hospital, Innsbruck, Austria and has trained more than 30 postgraduates in anesthesia.
Dr Gombar has published more than 100 publications including reviews in international indexed journals and his research work has been cited in various text books of anesthesia. He has also written chapters in text books and is a member of Editorial Board of various journals of the anesthesiology.
He has special interest and expertise in Intensive Care and preoperative medicine.
Lt Col Amarjit Singh, General Manager
Lt Col Amarjit Singh, General Manager (Operations), an ex-commissioned officer from the Army, is a Graduate from JNU, New Delhi and a Post-Graduate from the Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He completed his management and administration courses from War College, Mhow and College of Military Intelligence, Pune. Col. Amarjit has served in various leadership appointments in the Indian Army. He has had the distinction of executing prestigious start-up projects for defence and building of fruitful relationship between civil administration and defence forces in the states of Gujarat and Kerala. His key strengths are business planning, market sensing, client management, financial analysis, and business development and sales.
Ms. Nimrat Gujral
Ms. Nimrat Gujral, Director Administration, INSCOL Hospital, graduated from Punjab University with Psychology Hons. Thereafter, she did her Masters in Psychology and is a distinction holder in the University merit list. She has also done a certificate course in Guidance and Counseling.
Ms. Gujral has more than 10 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. Her practical and decisive leadership style is her particular strengths, which give her the ability to direct and motivate others. She has successfully motivated her staff to work with professionalism but at the same time to be empathetic and compassionate to the patients. Her personalized and caring approach for the patients is what is reflected at INSCOL and gives an edge to INSCOL over the other hospitals.
