Mr. Daljit Singh Gujral, Managing Director
Mr. Daljit Singh Gujral did his Post Graduation in Business Administration (MBA) form XLRI - India's leading business school. He has attended many executive education programs including a two weeks program on European Healthcare Leadership at INSEAD, Paris & a three weeks workshop on Risk Assessment for New Businesses at AOTS, Yokohama, Japan.
Mr. Gujral has more than twenty years' of experience in various enterprises and has successfully promoted and managed a number of new start-ups including a medical specialty imaging centre (the first of its kind in the entire North India), a multi-specialty Hospital in Chandigarh - the first corporate hospital of the city and now INSCOL Academy. His approach to any new business opportunity is a blend of visionary and innovative application to an established need.
Mr. B S Sabharwal, Director
Mr. B S Sabharwal did B.Tech (Hons.) with distinction from IIT, Kharagpur. He has 36 years of work experience in leading companies like Larsen and Toubro Ltd. and as Promoter- Director of Key Electricals Pvt. Ltd. He has an extensive experience in systems design, engineering & execution of contracts on EPC basis across industry segments. He has an experience in implementing ERP Solutions developed by Microsoft for the SME segment. He underwent Leadership program at University of Melbourne in 1988 & subsequently conducted courses in Leadership Qualities, Time Management and Public Speaking.
He was President of Round Table India – an International NGO headquartered in UK in 1990 and was awarded Leadership Trophy in 1990 for the most outstanding National President at World Council of Young Mens Service Clubs, held at Harare from amongst all National Presidents from 83 countries.
Ms. Nimrat Gujral, Director
Ms. Nimrat Gujral, Director Administration, INSCOL Hospital, graduated from Punjab University with Psychology Hons. Thereafter, she did her Masters in Psychology and is a distinction holder in the University merit list. She has also done a certificate course in Guidance and Counseling.
Ms. Gujral has more than 10 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. Her practical and decisive leadership style is her particular strengths, which give her the ability to direct and motivate others. She has successfully motivated her staff to work with professionalism but at the same time to be empathetic and compassionate to the patients. Her personalized and caring approach for the patients is what is reflected at INSCOL and gives an edge to INSCOL over the other hospitals.
Dr K.K Gombar, Medical Director
Dr K.K Gombar did his MBBS from Delhi University and post-graduation from PGIMER, Chandigarh.
Dr. Gombar has professional experience of more than 26 years in various medical institutions of the country, including eleven years as Professor and Head of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care at GMCH, Chandigarh. He has been a visiting professor at University Hospital, Innsbruck, Austria and has trained more than 30 postgraduates in anesthesia.
Dr Gombar has published more than 100 publications including reviews in international indexed journals and his research work has been cited in various text books of anesthesia. He has also written chapters in text books and is a member of Editorial Board of various journals of the anesthesiology.
He has special interest and expertise in Intensive Care and preoperative medicine.
Lt Col Amarjit Singh, General Manager
Lt Col Amarjit Singh, General Manager (Operations), an ex-commissioned officer from the Army, is a Graduate from JNU, New Delhi and a Post-Graduate from the Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He completed his management and administration courses from War College, Mhow and College of Military Intelligence, Pune. Col. Amarjit has served in various leadership appointments in the Indian Army. He has had the distinction of executing prestigious start-up projects for defence and building of fruitful relationship between civil administration and defence forces in the states of Gujarat and Kerala. His key strengths are business planning, market sensing, client management, financial analysis, and business development and sales.
K Nandakumar Menon, Regional Head- Kerala
K Nandakumar Menon, Regional Head – Kerala operations, is a B Sc (Chem) graduate and a Bombay University rank holder in Masters in Management from NMIMS. He has around 20 years of industry experience with cross functional exposure in the area of production, marketing and operations. In the academic field he has over 4 years of experience, initially as Campus Head for an MBA college and later as a Regional Head looking after the operations of around 10 MBA colleges in the Kerala region.
Mr. Sudip Mallik, Regional Head- NCR Delhi
Sudip Mallik did his BA in Economics from Delhi University followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur. He has 23 years of work experience in India and the Gulf with companies which include Digital Equipment (India) Ltd., Zee Interactive Learning Systems, Jeraisy Office Systems and CMC Ltd. (A Tata Enterprise). His career spans a wide spectrum of industry sectors - IT, Education, Retail, FMCG, GIS, Printing & Publishing.
He is also a trainer in entrepreneurship and retail. He has been associated with the National Institute of Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development, under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Govt. of India and the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, Govt. of India.
Nandita Arora, Sr. Manager- Programs
Nandita Arora did her post graduation in Economics from Punjab University, Chandigarh. She also holds a Bachelors degree in Education from the same university. She has worked with British Council for three years as a Cambridge certified marker for IELTS examinations at Chandigarh.
Nandita has been working with INSCOL for the last five years and has visited all the partner universities in UK including LJMU, TVU and UWE for student support and other activities. She has also done Professional development programme in promoting UK Education and Training and has successfully passed the 'Education UK certificate for Agents' offered by British Council. She has also attended various leadership programmes including a workshop on 'leading schools' at IIM, Kozhikode.
Ms. Lakshmi Shrikumar, Sr. Manager - Programs
Lakshmi Shrikumar did her MA in English Language and Literature from Pune University. She is a Trained Facilitator in Leadership & Human Resource Development from AIMS INSIGHTS, Mangalore University. She is also trained in Entrepreneurship Development by Kerala Industrial Training Corporation. Her career spans a wide spectrum of industry sectors - in Education, Publishing, IT and Insurance industries. She has over 20 years of work experience with companies like INTEL-Teach To The Future, NIIT, TIME LIFE, Scholastic India, ING VYSYA & AVIVA Life Insurance.
Lakshmi has also been associated with the UNESCO, Rotary Balbhavan & has conducted Career Guidance and Teacher Training programs as part of for various campaigns.
